Welcome to Minnow Creek Acres!

We’re the Penatzers - Matt, Sarah & Aaron. We’re the heart and hard work behind Minnow Creek Acres.

Matt and I have been together since 2011. From the day we met we knew one day we’d have a farm together. Matt grew up around farms, and I asked for one every Christmas growing up. In 2020 we moved back to Minnow Creek, and things started to become a reality.

At Minnow Creek Acres we are focused on getting back to our roots, and being connected. We believe less is more, and that God has provided us everything we need. We hope to share the farm and everything it has to offer with family, friends and strangers! At the farm you can find beef & dairy cows, meat & layer chickens, sunflowers, monarch butterflies & so much more!

All of our animals are fed organic feed & pasture raised. We do everything we can to make sure they are healthy, happy, and loved. They are family to us.

We do not use any pesticides or herbicides on our farm.

We use holistic and natural remedies when needed.

We have an onsite farm store that you are welcome to come and visit! It is in it's very early stages but just like the rest of the farm we have a lot of plans for it! 

We are loving every step of this adventure, especially that we get to do it together. We can't wait to be able to share Minnow Creek Acres with you!!!
